The FDOT Statewide Markings Contract has made it easy for airports to procure airfield maintenance services in Florida. All of your marking needs including painting, surface preparation, removal, runway rubber removal, and airfield assessments are available to you through the Statewide contract.
Through the Statewide contract unit pricing for each region has already been established. The FDOT contract has made it simple for you to have Hi-Lite come in and conduct an airfield assessment. Through our airfield assessment process we measure retro-reflectivity, verify the measurements and condition of all your markings, and ensure FAA Part 139 compliance. Once the assessment is complete we will work with you to determine a scope of work and we’ll provide a proposal based on the already approved FDOT contract pricing. It requires no extra procurement from your airport or municipality. Everything is coordinated through the FDOT Statewide Airfield Marking Contract. Hi-Lite has appointed a designated representative to help you through the purchasing process.
